A Personal Approach to Neuro PT
Individuals with a neurological illness or injury that require the skilled intervention of a therapist in order to regain mobility and health can benefit from the services of the Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Center. Specialized therapists can develop and implement an individualized treatment program to meet the patient’s goals.
Outpatient physical therapy services are provided in dedicated therapy suites outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, all outpatients have access to specialized services within the physical rehabilitation hospital, such as Aquatic Therapy, the Prosthetic Orthotic and Wellness Center, and Assistive Technology, Augmentative Communication, and Wheeled Seating Services, which may complement their therapeutic program.

Physical Therapy Services
A physical therapist will perform a thorough evaluation to assess physical impairments and functional limitations due to strength, mobility, and balance deficits, as well as pain. Physical therapy treatment goals will be established to restore function and improve independence. You will be assigned a physical therapist who will work with you one-on-one for the course of your treatment, gauging your progress and adjusting your physical therapy as needed to meet your goals.
